Woodridge Neighborhood

As a maturing neighborhood in a city facing rapid growth, Woodridge will continue to face challenges. While Woodridge Community Association is not a Homeowner’s Association (aka HOA), some homes within the larger Woodridge neighborhood are part of an HOA. This includes but is not limited to those homes located within Norwood Village. It is up to each homeowner to know whether their property is a member of an HOA in addition to conditions, covenants, and restrictions (aka CC&Rs) associated with their plat. While these respective HOAs may provide a mechanism for enforcing compliance with CC&Rs, each homeowner is also individually responsible for enforcement of CC&Rs.

A homeowner must be provided a copy of the CC&Rs related to their plat by the title company prior to closing. As a courtesy, we’ve provided a link to most of the CC&Rs in Woodridge by plat.
