The Woodridge neighborhood area is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Bellevue, the fifth largest city in Washington. It is the high-tech and retail center of the Eastside, with more than 150,000 jobs and a downtown skyline of gleaming high-rises. Since 2015, Bellevue has been regarded as one of the most diverse communities in Washington state.

Woodridge is characterized by quiet streets and comfortable family homes – many with views of Lake Washington, downtown Bellevue and Seattle. Much of the community’s daily life revolves around Woodridge Elementary School, at the top of the hill, located across from the Woodridge Water Tower, a visible landmark from downtown Bellevue.

The neighborhood is prized for its easy access both to downtown Bellevue and Factoria Marketplace, as well as to I-405 and I-90. The future of Woodridge will be served by King County’s development of the BNSF trail corridor, providing pedestrians and bicyclists easy access to downtown and throughout Bellevue.

The residents of Woodridge are proud of the sense of community and family of the neighborhood. Residents are highly engaged in community activities, local government, and neighborhood outreach. Highly ranked schools, two community pools, beautiful views, safe streets, close-proximity to nature trails, parks and playgrounds, and access to public transportation all contribute to Woodridge being consistently ranked by Redfin as one of the hottest neighborhoods in the United States to live.
